Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may receive technical information such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, dates and times, and interactions with the site.
Cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tags, and similar technologies may be used to understand traffic and interactions, maintain functionality, and improve the site. USE AND DISCLOSURE
How information may be used and shared.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to enquiries, provide requested assessments or consultations, manage leads and appointments, maintain customer relationship records and permitted follow-up, operate and improve the site, understand site performance, prevent misuse, protect our rights, and comply with law.
Submitting a form permits us to respond about that request. Marketing communications should be sent only where permitted, and you may ask us to stop.
Service providers and legal disclosures
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, forms, scheduling, communications, email delivery, security, and other business operations, and to contractors or professional advisers when reasonably necessary. Those parties receive information for their assigned role and are subject to their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Sale and legally defined sharing
Find My Services LLC does not currently exchange personal information for money. Some laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising more broadly. To the extent an activity is covered, eligible consumers may request the legally available opt-out through the Contact page. Qualified counsel should confirm whether any active analytics or advertising tool requires an additional notice or request mechanism.
CHOICES AND SAFEGUARDS
Retention, security, and your choices.
Retention and security
We aim to keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods should be confirmed during legal review.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, review of, correction of, or deletion of information you provided; withdraw or limit certain communications; or exercise an applicable opt-out right. Nevada residents may also submit any request available under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
Submit requests through the Contact page and identify the email address or telephone number associated with your interaction. We may need to verify your identity, may retain records where permitted or required by law, and may deny or limit a request when applicable law allows. If no statutory right applies, we may address reasonable requests at our discretion.
