We use a time honored method of multiple washes, flushes and rinse cycles using special cleansers designed specifically for the type of fiber we are cleaning . We then employ modern technology with our Centrifuge that spins dry the rug at a high speed to ensure all moisture is removed. We gently groom fibers to lay the pile before drying. We re-inspect at eye level so as not to miss anything that needs a touch up and if we are not satisfied with the thoroughness of the cleaning, we rewash it until we are proud to put our name on it! We complete our process with a detail finish and call you to schedule pick up or delivery. Each rug is handled one at a time for the most thorough and quality cleaning possible. We clean and hand repair in our Fair Oaks Rug Plant. If you'd like to bring your rug in, please schedule an appointment so we limit the number of people in our lobby due to Covid. If you prefer us to pick up and deliver your rug(s), there is a $35 fee each way.
