After graduating from Kansas State with a business degree I bounced around the corporate world for a couple of years and decided that was not my calling. I liked the relationships developed while cleaning carpets so started Bock's Steam Star from the basement of my mom and dads house in 1994. 20 years later we are at a good but manageable size and service the entire KC area yet still small enough to provide the personal service our clients love. I still do most of the on site consultations with clients especially new ones. I promise no high pressure sales pitch just sound solutions based on scientific principles of cleaning. If what we discuss makes sense we then send one of our IICRC certified crews to accomplish the work. We can certainly do a one time clean but are wanting to be your source for deep cleaning for many years to come. We look forward to serving you.
